We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal checks, certified bank checks, bank cashier's checks, and USPS money orders. When purchasing items with a credit/debit card, you will lose the 3% cash discount. To receive the cash-discounted pricing, personal checks and USPS money orders may be used for purchases totaling $1,000 or less, and purchases over $1,000 must be paid via certified bank checks or bank cashier's checks only.
Due to online shopping cart & order checkout limitations with our current e-commerce provider, customers who wish to purchase an item at the cash-discounted price must first contact us directly prior to placing an order to receive payment & mailing instructions, and also to ensure there is sufficient inventory given the time delays waiting to receive a payment via mail. All checks and money orders will be held until the funds have fully cleared, which can often take 3-5+ business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) before an order would then begin processing for shipment.
We hope to integrate an alternative, less costly immediate check out (e-check) option in the near future, but currently all other common alternative options (Square, Paypal, Venmo etc.) prohibit firearm transactions, so until then we appreciate your understanding and your business!

WE ARE UNABLE TO SELL FIREARMS THROUGH OUR ONLINE CHECKOUT TO CUSTOMERS IN CALIFORNIA; NO SALES AT ALL TO WASHINGTON D.C. OR ANY US TERRITORIES (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
ORDERS OF CA-APPROVED FIREARMS BY CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MAY BE PURCHASED BY CONTACTING US DIRECTLY INCLUDING DETAILS OF THE REQUESTED FIREARM(S). RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Liberty Chest will not accept any returns or exchanges without first obtaining a written Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which shall be issued by Seller upon request when in accordance with the Return Policy as outlined below. All Returned products for which a refund and/or replacement is sought, requires a Return Material Authorization number to be issued by Seller and then included on the shipping label to enable proper tracking. When an RMA is provided, return shipping instructions will be provided at that time. Buyer must not affix or attach any shipping label to an item's original packaging, nor write on or otherwise deface an item's original packaging; doing so will void the RMA and the return/exchange will not be accepted. When sending any item back, place the item into the original shipping carton, or if the original shipping carton has been misplaced or is unusable, Buyer must obtain a new shipping carton that is the appropriate size and strength for the item(s) being shipped. RMAs may be requested by including a detailed description of the issue, order date and order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the merchandise received is not what Buyer ordered based on our website product listing details (UPC or MPN/Model #), Liberty Chest will be happy to replace the item(s) with the correct merchandise and free shipping, or offer a full refund, if a return request (RMA) is initiated within 10 days from the date the package was received (delivered). This DOES NOT include inaccurate stock photos, images, or specs, because while uncommon, images or specs shown may not always accurately represent the actual products being purchased. Product images and specs on our website usually come directly from distributors, the accuracy of which unfortunately we do not have the ability to control before it's published. We strongly recommend buyers first verify product images and specs with their corresponding UPC or MPN/Model #, per the manufacturer, to avoid any issues. Any restrictions and/or limitations stated throughout this entire Agreement will apply to all returns/return requests.
Original shipping, handling, insurance, and/or fees assessed by a customer's issuing bank / post office for cashier's checks / USPS money orders are non-refundable unless explicitly authorized by Liberty Chest. This policy also applies to orders that are returned due to the shipping carrier being unable to complete delivery. Liberty Chest does not replace products or accept returns for products that have been used or show any signs of use. For used items that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you must send directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement per any applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

ANY FUNCTIONAL ISSUES, DEFECTS OR DAMAGES DISCOVERED WITH NEW FIREARMS AFTER THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN COMPLETED MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY BETWEEN BUYER AND THE MANUFACTURER. SELLER MAY AT TIMES LIST PRE-OWNED FIREARMS FOR SALE THAT WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH, IN WHICH CASE ALL PRE-OWNED FIREARMS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE "AS-IS", MEANING IN ITS EXISTING CONDITION INCLUDING ANY KNOWN OR UNKNOWN DEFECTS OR DAMAGES, WITH SELLER PROVIDING NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND FOR SUCH ITEMS. IT IS BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUEST ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF A PRE-OWNED FIREARM, IF NEEDED, BEFORE PURCHASE.

BUYER MUST PROVIDE NOTICE TO SELLER IMMEDIATELY UPON IDENTIFYING THE ISSUE WHILE INSPECTING THE ITEM AT THEIR FFL, PROVIDING SPECIFIC DETAILS AND PHOTOS IDENTIFYING THE ERROR. SELLER WILL UNDERTAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO FULLY CORRECT ANY ERROR WHICH MAY INCLUDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND A NEW REPLACEMENT, OR ISSUING A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE IF A REPLACEMENT IS UNAVAILABLE. REPLACEMENT OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE RETURNED FIREARM HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ALL ACCOMPANYING PAPERWORK, PARTS AND/OR ACCESSORIES IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING; ANYTHING MISSING TO THAT EFFECT WILL RESULT IN A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
DURING BUYER'S PRE-TRANSFER INSPECTION, IF A FIREARM APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED, DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSFER OF THE FIREARM. BUYER MUST PROVIDE NOTICE TO SELLER IMMEDIATELY UPON IDENTIFYING THE ISSUE WHILE INSPECTING THE ITEM AT THEIR FFL, PROVIDING SPECIFIC DETAILS AND PHOTOS OF ANY DAMAGE. SELLER WILL UNDERTAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO FULLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHICH MAY INCLUDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND A NEW REPLACEMENT, OR ISSUING A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE IF A REPLACEMENT IS UNAVAILABLE. REPLACEMENT OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE RETURNED FIREARM HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ALL ACCOMPANYING PAPERWORK, PARTS AND/OR ACCESSORIES IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING; ANYTHING MISSING TO THAT EFFECT WILL RESULT IN A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
II) MARKETING/ADVERTISING/PRICING ERRORS:
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE SELLER DOES THEIR BEST TO LIST THE MOST ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE IMAGES, DESCRIPTIONS, SPECS AND PRICING OF ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS, MARKETERS AND MANUFACTURERS UNINTENTIONALLY SHOW OR ADVERTISE TYPOGRAPHIC AND PHOTOGRAPHIC ERRORS, EDITS, AND/OR PRODUCT OR DESIGN INFO INACCURACIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THAT OF DIFFERENT, DISCONTINUED, EARLIER AND/OR UPDATED MODELS OR VERSIONS, WHICH MAY BE INACCURATELY REFLECTED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING OR ITEM DETAILS. III) ORDER FULFILLMENT:
BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: SOME ITEMS A BUYER MAY ORDER WILL HAVE A VERY LIMITED QUANTITY OF STOCK AVAILABLE, AND THAT AT TIMES MULTIPLE BUYERS WILL ORDER THE SAME ITEM WITHIN MINUTES, BEFORE STOCK LEVELS VISIBLE ON THE WEBSITE MAY BE ACCURATELY REFLECTED. BUYER AGREES THAT IF THIS OCCURS, SELLER WILL FULFILL THE FIRST FUNDED ORDER(S) THAT HAVE ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR SELLER TO SUBMIT OR PROCESS THE ORDER FOR FULFILLMENT. BUYER AGREES THAT IF SELLER RUNS OUT OF ALL PURCHASED ITEMS THAT ARE PART OF AN ORDER BEFORE THE ORDER CAN BE FULFILLED, SELLER WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND FULLY REFUND 100% OF THE PAYMENT. BUYER ALSO AGREES THAT IF AN ORDER CONTAINS MORE THAN ONE ITEM, AND ONLY PART OF THE ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK, AT THE SELLER'S SOLE DISCRETION, SELLER MAY OR MAY NOT FULFILL THE IN-STOCK ITEM(S) IN THE BUYER'S ORDER AND ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE ITEM(S) THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK, OR CANCEL THE ENTIRE ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND.
IV) ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
A) ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR ALTERED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED (ONLY EXCEPTION IS A CHANGE TO THE SELECTED FFL FOR FIREARM PURCHASES, WHICH MAY ONLY BE CHANGED WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE; SEE BELOW). UNFORTUNATELY, ANY CHANGES WILL REQUIRE THE ORDER TO BE CANCELED BY SELLER, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE CANCELLATION FEES (3%); OR, RESTOCKING FEES (15%) AND/OR RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS, DEPENDING ON THE FULFILLMENT STAGE WHEN CANCELED, WHICH WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT. BUYERS CANNOT ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER, THEY MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER. THIS POLICY IS NECESSARY FOR US TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THE LOWEST PRICES FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
B) FFL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. FFL CHANGES MORE THAN 24 HOURS POST-PURCHASE MAY BE REQUESTED, BUT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE DEPENDING ON THE ORDER FULFILLMENT STATUS, IN WHICH CASE THE DEFAULT CHANGE AND CANCELLATION TERMS WILL APPLY. THAT MAY COME STANDARD WITH A FIREARM SHIPMENT, SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INITIATE AN ORDER CANCELLATION, AND BUYER WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE CANCELLATION FEES (3%); OR, RESTOCKING FEES (15%) AND/OR RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS, DEPENDING ON THE FULFILLMENT STAGE WHEN CANCELED, WHICH WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ANY ITEM(S) DELIVERED TO, OR SHIPMENTS REFUSED/REJECTED OR RETURNED BY A LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER (FFL) FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATE/LOCAL NON-COMPLIANCE, OR INABILITY AND/OR UNWILLINGNESS TO BRING INTO COMPLIANCE. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ANY ITEMS THEY WISH TO ORDER ARE LAWFUL TO PURCHASE, RECEIVE, TRANSFER, OWN AND/OR POSSESS IN THEIR LOCAL JURISDICTION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. BY PLACING AN ORDER, BUYER AFFIRMS AND AGREES THEY HAVE CONSULTED WITH THEIR LOCAL FFL REGARDING ANY APPLICABLE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, AND SAID CONSULTATION SUPERSEDES ANY RELEVANT CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. AS A GENERAL POLICY (SUBJECT TO OUR DISCRETION AND/OR THAT OF OUR DISTRIBUTORS), WE WILL NOT SHIP FIREARMS OR ACCESSORIES THAT REQUIRE ANY MODIFICATIONS TO BECOME LEGALLY COMPLIANT.
D) SELLER IS UNABLE TO REMOVE OR REPLACE ANY ACCESSORY OR COMPONENT, INCLUDING ANY MAGAZINE(S), THAT COME FACTORY STANDARD WITH ANY FIREARM / FIREARM SHIPMENT. ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE IN FULL LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITHIN BUYER'S LOCAL JURISDICTION AS PACKAGED FROM THE FACTORY, INCLUDING THE LOCAL JURISDICTION WHERE THE FIREARM TRANSFER WILL OCCUR. AS A GENERAL POLICY (SUBJECT TO OUR DISCRETION AND/OR THAT OF OUR DISTRIBUTORS), WE WILL NOT SHIP ORDERS CONTAINING ACCESSORIES OR COMPONENTS THAT REQUIRE ANY MODIFICATIONS TO BECOME LEGALLY COMPLIANT.
E) FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE SHIPPED PRIOR TO A BUYER CANCELLING ALL OR PART OF AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON, BUYER WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES, WHICH WILL BE WITHHELD FROM ANY REFUNDED AMOUNT. THIS POLICY IS NECESSARY FOR US TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THE LOWEST PRICES FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
F) FOR ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELED BY BUYER FOR ANY REASON, BUT BEFORE THE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% CANCELLATION FEE (TOTAL) ON THE ORDER, WHICH WILL BE WITHHELD FROM ANY REFUNDED AMOUNT. THIS POLICY IS NECESSARY FOR US TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THE LOWEST PRICES FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, AND IS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL IN SECTION IV (A).
G) CREDIT CARD DISPUTES I.E. CHARGEBACKS THAT ARE INITIATED FOR ANY REASON OR AT ANY TIME, ARE CONSIDERED AN ORDER CANCELLATION IN VIOLATION OF OUR STORE POLICIES & TERMS OF SALE, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, AND ANY APPLICABLE RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES. IN ADDITION, ANY ITEM(S) THAT ARE PART OF AN ORDER ASSOCIATED WITH A CHARGEBACK, WHICH HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND/OR TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER, AND THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SELLER'S RMA AND RETURN POLICY, WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY LEGAL AVENUES NECESSARY IN AN ATTEMPT TO RECOVER SELLER'S LOSSES. THIS POLICY IS NECESSARY FOR US TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THE LOWEST PRICES FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. LIBERTY CHEST WILL REFUSE ANY RETURNED SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT.
*INITIATING A CHARGEBACK FOR ANY FIREARM THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED & TRANSFERRED TO A BUYER, IS AN ATTEMPT TO ACQUIRE A FIREARM WITHOUT PAYMENT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED THEFT OF A FIREARM, WHICH IS A FELONY. FELONY CONVICTIONS IMPOSE SIGNIFICANT PENALITES INCLUDING LENGTHY PRISON TERMS AND THE LOSS OF ONE'S RIGHTS TO OWN OR POSSESS A FIREARM. IF A BUYER HAS AN ISSUE WITH AN ITEM THEY HAVE PURCHASED, BUYER MUST CONTACT SELLER TO RESOLVE. SELLER WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN REASON TO RESOLVE ISSUE(S) WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE RMA / RETURN POLICY AND TERMS OF SALE.
V) FIREARM TRANSFERS:
A)***PLEASE BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR FIREARM(S) CAREFULLY PRIOR TO INITIATING THE TRANSFER. ONCE A FIREARM TRANSFER HAS BEEN COMPLETED THROUGH BUYER'S RECEIVING FFL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED NOR WILL ANY REFUNDS BE PROCESSED FOR ANY REASON. EXISTING COMPLIANCE MATTERS RELATED TO ANY ITEMS BEING ACQUIRED BY BUYER AS PART OF A TRANSFER TO BE COMPLETED BY THEIR LOCAL FFL, INCLUDING ANY/ALL POST-TRANSFER COMPLIANCE MATTERS THAT MAY ARISE IN THE FUTURE, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND/OR THEIR LOCAL FFL.*** ONCE A FIREARM HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED, BUYER BECOMES THE OWNER OF THE FIREARM WHICH IS NOW CONSIDERED USED I.E. PRE-OWNED, AND SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPORTED DAMAGES, ERRORS, OR OTHER PRODUCT ISSUES WITH ANY FIREARM POST-TRANSFER; ALL ISSUES OR CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER. BUYER MUST ADDRESS ANY FIREARM WARRANTY QUESTIONS, ISSUES OR CLAIMS DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER. SELLER DOES NOT PROVIDE ADVICE, PROCESS OR SERVICE ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR ANY ITEMS SOLD. SELLER DOES NOT EXTEND ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY TERMS, LIMITS OF COVERAGE, OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY CLAIM SUBMITTED BY BUYER.
B) IF BUYER IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE A FIREARM TRANSFER DUE TO DISQUALIFYING RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH AN NICS BACKGROUND CHECK, OR FOR LISTING ANY DISQUALIFYING ANSWERS ON ATF FORM 4473 OR ATF FORM 4 (5320.4) REQUIRED FOR THE TRANSFER OF A FIREARM INCLUDING NFA RESTRICTED ITEMS, OR DUE TO STATE/LOCAL COMPLIANCE ISSUES, A 15% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS WILL APPLY. IF BUYER HAS ANY DOUBTS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE ABLE TO LEGALLY PURCHASE AND/OR POSSESS ANY FIREARM OR A PARTICULAR TYPE OF FIREARM, BASED ON BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS, BUYER'S LOCATION I.E. LOCAL JURISDICATION, OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT CRITERIA, DO NOT PURCHASE THE FIREARM. IF BUYER DOES NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSFER OF A FIREARM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER AND/OR RECEIVING FFL, WITH THE SOLE EXCEPTION BEING NFA ITEM(S) THAT ARE AWAITING ATF APPROVED TAX STAMP(S), THE FIREARM WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS WILL APPLY.
VI) CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS, UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE LAWS, WRONGFUL MARKETING LAWS, AND PUBLIC NUISANCE LAWS AND/OR OTHER RELATED LAWS:
BUYER OR SITE USER AGREES SELLER (LIBERTY CHEST LLC, OR ANY AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PART THEREOF), SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOCAL OR STATE-LEVEL LAWS THAT DIRECTLY, INDIRECTLY, INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY TARGET AND/OR PENALIZE FIREARM MANUFACTURERS, FIREARM DISTRIBUTORS, AND/OR FIREARM RETAILERS, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF PROTECTIONS PROVIDED UNDER PLCAA, WITH LANGUAGE THAT ASSIGNS RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, AND/OR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SUCH LAWS, WHEN BUYER OR OTHERS WHO MAY BE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY UNDER THE CARE AND/OR CONTROL OF BUYER, FAILS TO ADERE TO RESPONSIBLE USE OR LAWFUL USE, CONDUCT, HANDLING, CONTROL, STORAGE, OR ANY OTHER RESPONSIBLE ACTS OR LAWFUL ACTS REQUIRED OF BUYER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SELLER'S TERMS OF SALE, WITH ANY ITEM(S) PURCHASED FROM SELLER; OR IF BUYER, SITE USER, OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE (OR UNOFFICIAL / PROXY REPRESENTATIVE) OF BUYER OR SITE USER, MISINTERPRETS OR MISCONSTRUES ANY MARKETING CAMPAIGN(S) OF SELLER, OR ANY MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR REPRESENTED BY THE PRODUCT LINES OFFERED BY SELLER, AS SELLER IN ANY WAY AGREEING WITH, BEING SUPPORTIVE OF, AND/OR ADVOCATING FOR ANY FORM OF IRRESPONSIBLE OR UNLAWFUL USE OF ANY ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE. BUYER AFFIRMS THEY UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO ABSOLVE AND HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY SELLER (LIBERTY CHEST LLC, ANY AGENT, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PART THEREOF), FROM ALL TYPES, FORMS, AND CLAIMS OF INJURIES AND/OR DAMAGES RESULTING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM BUYER'S CONDUCT OR ACTIONS, OR THE CONDUCT OR ACTIONS OF OTHERS WHO MAY BE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY UNDER THE CARE AND/OR CONTROL OF BUYER, WITH ANY ITEM(S) PURCHASED FROM SELLER.
VII) BUYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
BY PLACING AN ORDER, BUYER AFFIRMS THEY/THEIR ACTIONS ARE NOT PROHIBITED UNDER 18 U.S.C. 922(g) OR 922(n) AS OUTLINED BELOW:
Generally, 18 U.S.C. 922(g) prohibits the shipment, transportation, receipt, or possession in or affecting interstate commerce of a firearm by one who:
1) has been convicted of a felony in any Federal, including a general court-martial, State or local court, or any other crime, punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
2) is a fugitive from justice;
3) is an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance;
4) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution;
5) has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
6) is subject to certain restraining orders;
7) convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence under Federal, including a general court-martial, State or Tribal law;
8) has renounced his/her U.S. citizenship;
9) is an alien illegally in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa.
Furthermore, section 922(n) prohibits the shipment, transportation, or receipt in or affecting interstate commerce of a firearm by one who is under indictment or information for a felony in any Federal, including a general court-martial, State or local court, or any other crime, punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year. An information is a formal accusation of a crime verified by a prosecutor.
